At Cake Shop Pozuelo, although there is a catalogue, all our desserts are handmade, which means that they require careful preparation time.

To ensure that everything is perfect for your event, it is essential that you place your order with a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

If your order is a customised one, we must have time to prepare a sketch and a budget, so it would be good to request it with one week in advance.

If what you need is a sweet table or dessert for a big event (Wedding, Baptism, Communions...) it is necessary that you do it at least 15 days before the celebration.

Ordering catalogue products are paid via the online shop and can be collected 48 hours after confirmation., except for later dates or home delivery, the status of which will be notified by email.

For customised orders, a credit note will be issued for the 50% of order (non-refundable) when the quotation is accepted, this way the date is reserved so that your desserts can be made and the rest will be paid on the day of collection or delivery.
